Removal of Installation:
• All decor provided by Events On-Site, besides balloons used for decor, are for rental purposes only
and are to be returned in the condition that they are received.
• The client is responsible for the removal of all provided decor & returning of all equipment.
*Please note:
• Foil balloons may conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled foil balloons outdoors or use near
overhead power lines.
• Foil balloons are non-biodegradable and therefore should be disposed of carefully with general
household waste.
• Outdoor balloon decor cannot be guaranteed. Balloons are not designed to withstand the elements
of nature.
• Latex Balloons, Warning! Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken
balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep un-inflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons
at once.
Linen and Decor Rental:
• Use of rental items in the following circumstances is prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract:
(a) Improper, and unintended use or misuse. (b) Use by anyone other than the Lessee. (c) Use at any
location other than the addresses furnished by the Lessee.
• The lessee agrees to return and/or ship the rental items the next business day following the event to
Events On-Site LTD, CO. The lessee agrees to late fees at the rate of 20% of the total rental cost per
day for rental items returned late, and lessee authorizes the security deposit and/or credit card
provided by lessee to be charged for any late fees.
• Lessee shall return all rented items to Events On-Site LTD, CO. during regular business hours, in the
condition and as when delivered to Lessee subject only to reasonable wear. Lessee shall be
responsible for all loss or damage to rented items from time of delivery to lessee and/or return of
rented items to Events On-Site LTD, CO. All rented items will be returned free of wax, food, and debris.
Additional laundry, handling, or replacement charges may apply if rented items are returned soiled
beyond reasonable wear, or require wax, pin, or knot removal. Lessee agrees to pay any such
replacement fees for missing items or damages.
• The Lessee agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of items, regardless of cause, except reasonable
wear. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase or cost of repair of damaged or
lost items. Damaged items will be charged to and paid for by the security deposit and/or credit card on
file. The Lessee agrees to pay for equipment for all types of theft or mysterious disappearance.
Cancellation Terms:
• In the event of unforeseeable circumstances by the client which results in a cancellation of the event, then 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• In the event of unforeseeable circumstances by Events On-Site which results in a cancellation of the event, then 100% of the deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
• In the event of unforeseeable circumstances by the client which results in a date change for the event, then as long as the new date is available then 100% of the deposit will go towards that date. If the date is not available then 100% of the deposit is non-refundable
